Cancellation Policy: To receive a refund of your registration fees, Service Officer must receive a written notice must be received no later than June 6, 2024. A $50 processing fee will be assessed. Cancellations received after June 6, 2024 will not be refunded. The agency can send a substitute attendee if the original registrant can’t attend. No exceptions will be made. Please be aware that registrants who do not attend (no-shows) or fail to cancel within the stated time frame will be obligated to pay the full registration fee. This policy will be strictly enforced without exceptions.
