TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS OFFERED TRAINING:
REAC NSPIRE
PROVIDED BY: US HOUSING CONSULTANTS
MUST BE PREREGISTERED TO ATTEND
UNDERSTANDING THE NSPIRE STANDARDS, SCORING, AND PROCEDURES
In this course, we will break down what NSPIRE is and what it isn’t, and how it will affect everyone, from the boardroom to the boiler room. Our NSPIRE Training workshop includes a high-level review of the NSPIRE Standards, Scoring, Policies, and Procedures. We clarify what managers and maintenance need to know to succeed at REAC Inspections in clear and easy-to-understand language. Most importantly, we discuss the best way to understand the NSPIRE requirements and ensure properties always remain prepared. This course is much more than just a maintenance course. For example, we discuss regulatory requirements, online systems, and required reporting. Next, we discuss effective methods for oversight and daily planning to ensure full compliance with REAC NSPIRE. Above all, we discuss what we can all do to create better-living environments and reduce the stress of deferred maintenance.
SERIOUS CHANGES REQUIRE SERIOUS CURRICULUM
NSPIRE’s requirements for components will align with International Building Code (IBC), International Code Council (ICC), and UFAS/ADA Accessibility Requirements, as well as fire and life safety standards. The ACE Certification course addresses the basis for NSPIRE standards while conveying what the complete requirements are rather than simply glossing over the bare minimum standards. Without a complete deep-dive, properties could make changes to that meet NSPIRE standards but end up creating fair housing violations. The NSPIRE ACE Certification seminar provides a full understanding of all standards that is both comprehensive and clear to all.
NSPIRE MEANS HOUSING COMPLIANCE
The new NSPIRE standards will refocus the inspection process on Health & Safety, essential Building Safety Codes, and Unit Conditions. The new physical inspection requirements are more than just a checklist. They’re a new way of thinking that everyone from executives to property managers, professional inspectors, and maintenance professionals need to understand. Those accustomed to conducting HQS and UPCS Inspections must understand the step-by-step requirements of what makes something a deficiency. They also need to know how to properly test the components. In short, everyone from the boardroom to the boiler room needs to thoroughly understand all NSPIRE standards.
WHAT DOES THE NSPIRE ACE CERTIFICATION COURSE INCLUDE?
US Housing Consultants will explain NSPIRE standards and procedures (broken down by funding program), the score on the REAC scoring process, and an in-depth analysis of each NSPIRE deficiency. In this seven-hour course, we explain standards and deficiencies, show detailed examples, and describe the step-by-step requirements for each component required to be inspected under NSPIRE. After the course, attendees are invited to take an online exam to earn the ACE-NSPIRE Certification.
